1. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are based on the information and access available at the time of survey. If additional work is required that could not reasonably be foreseen, we will advise you before proceeding.

2. Acceptance of Work

Work is accepted when you confirm in writing (including by email or text message) that you wish to proceed. A deposit may be required for larger jobs.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and cheque. For larger projects, stage payments may be agreed in advance.

4. Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, including moving furniture, removing fixtures, and providing utilities (water and electricity) where required. Any delay caused by inadequate preparation may result in additional charges.

5. Guarantees

Guarantees are issued in writing on completion of the specific works covered. Guarantees are conditional on the recommendations in the survey report being followed in full, including the use of the specified replastering materials.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the works carried out. We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or damage arising from failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.

7. Disputes

Any dispute should be raised with us in writing within 14 days of completion. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
